I found this driver on the US Robotics archives site. There is a firmware update (uploaded separately) that allows downloads at 53K. It works. I installed the modem pcmcia card on an old Gateway 2000 PC3 along with the firmware update, and it's working great. Finally glad to return the favors at this site.
