Never POWER OFF DURING AN UPDATE! Use the force method to get the unit to update properly. Once the update has occured and the AutoUpdate Utility from Belkins website, asks for the reboot, wait for at least 5 minutes. The unit will count up by HEX to E2, and sit there for a long time. It should finally goto 00 on both consoles. Make sure there is absolutely nothing plugged into the unit except the USB cable and a power cable. It should update 8 files in force method. When using normal method, it only updates 5. This has caused problems.
