Other Companies Chicony KB9908/KBP9908 Driver. The manufacturer of KB9908 is Chicony, a company located in Taiwan. I had problems instaling the driver for KB9908 I had found earlier on DriverGuide. The new driver is almost 3x as large (over 1 MB) and installs directly under C \WINDOWS as an executable mHotkey.exe. According to the company web site, it works with earlier Windows versions. To download the driver, go to www.chicony.com, select "Internet kb" in the keybord selection window above, and then click on the picture of KBP9908. You will get the spec sheet. Choosing the language starts download.
