Lots of people have been losing functionality of their Netropa keyboards after the XP upgrade... This is the firmware from HP's website. The only way to find it, though, is to pull it off the firmware list for a Pavilion model preinstalled with XP. (I just grabbed a Best Buy ad and used the model number from a machine with the same keyboard.) This is NOT the one with the volume adjust know but with the volume up/down buttons.
