It's a driver for the 'Internet Scrolling Mouse' from Memorex. The given driver wasn't working, like the one provided by Memorex's website. This driver is the Primax one, and has been downloaded from the Boeder website (www.boeder.com). Warning, the site is in german! This package includes Win NT driver too.
