Remove all other keyboard drivers before using this one, then install it. Go to Netropa.com and install their multimedia KB program. This combination works better than any other driver/program, and you can program your keys to do what you want. I recommend labelling your hotkeys with restickable stickers (Avery #3111 Kids stickers are best). Go to the websites of the programs you plan to use, right-click and save the images you want to make stickers of, then print them @ about 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide. It works!!!
